Confirming Your Session

The Office of Orientation Services will confirm your assigned Orientation session date via mail. If you submit a reservation form before May 1, expect to receive your Orientation Confirmation about May 14. Otherwise you can expect to receive your confirmation about two weeks after you mail your reservation form.

Contact the Office of Orientation Services at (860) 486-4866 if you haven’t received your confirmation in this time frame. Please wait to make travel arrangements until you have been assigned a specific Orientation session date.

Changing a Confirmed Session - $30 Fee

Confirmed sessions may only be changed in case of an emergency, and only on the basis of space availability. The student must make the change by calling the Office of Orientation Services at (860) 486-4866. Please be advised that there is a $30 change fee for each request.

• If a change is requested within five working days of your scheduled session date, you will need to reapply for another Orientation date and submit an additional $125 registration fee.
