New England Regional Student Program
If you are a legal resident of a New England state other than Connecticut, you may be eligible for a tuition reduction under the New England Regional Student Program.
The New England
Board of Higher Education provides New England residents with
a tuition reduction when they pursue certain majors at New
England public colleges and universities. To be eligible for
a tuition reduction, the student must be enrolled in an approved
degree program that is not available at a
public institution in their home state.
Qualified students pay 175 percent of UConn's in-state tuition cost.
